Special Terms & Conditions
- Eid time period will start upon declaration. Tickets cannot be cancelled/rescheduled during this time.
- Bus authority may cancel or delay any schedule due to unforeseen situations.
- For cancellation by bus authority support@vatibangla.com within 24 hours of scheduled time.
- Service charge is non-refundable in any cancellation.
- Fare is decided by the bus authority. Always check fare before purchase.
- Reserve bus fares may be higher than regular fares.
- Arrive at boarding point 30 minutes early, or your ticket may be cancelled.
- Carry a printed copy of your ticket. Digital copies may not be accepted.
- Operator may change vehicles, delay trips, or adjust seating when required.
- Passengers are responsible for luggage; illegal goods are strictly prohibited.
- Do not forward SMS/email tickets. These will not be accepted by service providers.
Getting Copy of Lost Ticket
- You can regenerate your ticket using "Print Ticket" on our website.
- If you lack the PIN or Ticket Number, contact customer care with personal details.
Regarding Pricing Policy
- Total fare includes operator fare, convenience fee (Tk 20/seat), and payment gateway charge.
- Fare changes may be applied even after ticket sale, as per bus authority policy.
Regarding Ticket Cancellation
- Tickets can only be cancelled 24 hours before the journey time.
- Cancellations may carry a fee depending on the operator.
- No cancellations allowed during public holidays or special days as per bus operator rules.
- Refunds for failed transactions may take up to 20 days.
- No support for cancellation complaints between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
- Discounted tickets are non-cancellable unless the trip is cancelled.
- Cancellation policies vary by operator and timing.
Refund Policy
We refund full fare (excluding service fee) if fault is on our side or the operator’s. Refunds will be sent to the original payment method. For complex refunds needing operator verification, processing may take up to 30 working days.

Regarding Journey Timing and e-ticket
Due to traffic or technical issues, journey times may change. Always use the passenger’s phone number during booking. Forwarded tickets are invalid. Legal action will be taken if someone is overcharged. Contact support at 16460 for any help.
Payment Methods
Pay via Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or bKash. The total displayed fare includes all fees. No hidden charges will be applied later.
Holiday Ticket Cancellation Policies
